Revenge Delay

An act of spite in response to a communication attempt that garners an unreasonable delay without satisfactory justifications.

Sanjeev sends a text message to Adam. Adam does not reply for one week and does not apologize for or explain the delay. Afterward, Adam sends a text message to Sanjeev. Sanjeev also waits one week as a revenge delay to reply to Adam.

noun: sickness which developes after consuming large amounts of spicy mexican foods, and recieving either of the following condicions: heartburn,
bloating, diarrhea, narcolepsy, bedwetting, genital herpes, impotence, menopause, temporary blindness, polio, testicular cancer, agoraphobia, loss of the ability to smell and/or taste, or even hobophobia.

1: after eating at the local taco stand, i started to feel guatemala's revenge setting in, so I ran to the bathroom.

2: when talking to my friend, i accidently said "guatemala's revenge", rather than montezuma's revenge, so i saved myself from looking stupid by insisting that it was a real word and later decided to make it a real term.
