A person (usually but not necessarily female) who acts way more entitled than a Karen. A mega Karen, if you will. A Meghan will not only ask for the manager, but make sure you know her father is good friends with the owner.

She totally went full on Meghan on that TV show with all the women, acting as if she was owed deference because of her family connections.
