means you are High (usually used when your eyes are red.. makes sence )

ex. your eyes are red.. someone askes why are your eyes red .. you say becasue im REALLY Tired.. what you mean is .. because im REALLY HIGH!!

Tired as a mug 

In need of sleep or rest.

The saying is derived from a coffee mug because it always has to have coffee in it to stay awake.

Man I've been working all day, I'm tired as a mug.

mud on the tires 

When a girl wants to lose her virginity.

Also referred to as "getting your tires dirty" or "getting dirt on those tires"

Person 1: Girl, you better get some mud on those tires tonight!
Person 2: I'm trying!!

or

I better get my tires dirty tonight, or I'll be super upset!

Girl 1: Mud on the tires?
Girl 2: YES!! I got my tires really muddy!!

The state of being extremely hungover and unable to think or do any physical activity other than reaching to get water.

Dad- Son, you need to help with the yardwork this morning.
Son- Ok but I might be sluggish because im really tired.
