A really thick chain worn in the hip-hop community. Whether real or fake, it's thick and lies flat like a belt across the collar bone area. A belt may or may not be bust down with diamonds. It may or may not be gold, silver or platinum.

In other words: "whoa, look at MJ, she's got the biggest chain in the room"
