The accent you here when a character (usually in a Netflix original series) makes the line more elongated (unusual) and non-realistic

Quint: (in Netflix voice/accent) What? What do you mean?

It's a phrase where whenever Netflix pulls a lot of blunders when they greenlight an series that we don't ask for or their Media platform is very terrible at it of which demographic are reaching on

Netflix and Scroll

A euphemism for inviting someone over to your place to engage in scrolling on your phone with Netflix playing in the background. Thus the expression, "let's Netflix and Scroll!" should be understood by the invitee as "let's come over to my place and scroll!"

Shirley: what should we do this weekend?
Isaac: idk, we could always Netflix and Scroll
Shirley: I'm 100% down for some Netflix and Scrolling
