1. (adj.) Attempts at OSHA compliance through jury-rigging, improvisation or DIY, (usually with extremely cheap or sub-standard components), yet still deserving of an odd sense of respect from all but the Naziest of OSHA adherents.

ghetto tackulous

A take on Ghetto Fabulous, but with a slight lean towards extreme tackyness, due to lack of planning, funds, insight, or intelegence.

That lowered Escalade with the chrome spinners and dark tinted windows is cool, but the fact that the front left fender is painted primer grey and looks like it's fresh from a junkyard makes it Ghetto Tackulous.
