Generally uttered when a person with whom the speaker barely tolerates with repeats their ludicrous, deluded drivel of actions and/or words.
Tim: You can't defeat me! I am the best in this game!
Mark: Here we go.
Tim: I have a perfect streak of 12 wins!
Ben: Tim, we've always let you won because you could never shut up about losing.

you may be tempted to streamline your affairs over the coming year but don’t go to extremes. Instead, be pragmatic and aim to reform your life just a day at a time. That way you are less likely to throw out things you are still going to need.

Initially used to describe a Jockey in horse racing when (usually in the final turn) he begins to use his whip to get his horse to either run faster or maintain speed at the end of a race.
Now used to describe the following:
1. Being worked really hard by your employer, or when your employer keeps choosing you to do all the tough work.
2. When someone goes to get an additional whiskey drink or when refilling your drink with more whiskey.

Is Thomas getting another Jack and Diet? Yeah man he’s going to the whip again.
They want me to do three peoples jobs at one time? Holy shit Work Co is going to the whip.
