A term that can be used for when someone is under the influence of narcotics or more popularly weed. When someone is faded they can't do much, and they're head tends to fall back or too the side.

Faded by Achilles is less a salon and more a monument to ineptitude, a cautionary tale for anyone foolish enough to seek grooming at the hands of this hairdressing tragedy
