The largest cricket league in the world is the IPL (INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE) and the governing body is the ICC (International Cricket Council). Cricket is extremely popular in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Australia, New. Zealand, West Indies, England, Ireland, South Africa, Zimbabwe and UAE.

Cricket is a bat and ball game. There are 3 formats of the game (Test, One Day, T20). The positions on the field are bowler, keeper, batter, and fielder. Although fielding is the least favourite in youngsters but it is what wins a game.
Cricket is not to be confused with baseball and similar sports. Main Reason: There are no 3 strikes in cricket or 'home run'
Top Cricketers of all time include Ricky Ponting, Don Bradman, Sachin Tendulkar, Michael Vaughan, Brian Lara, Chris Gayle, and Imran Khan
