Cheap clothing store that sells tacky clothing that looks the exact same. Forever 21 is kind of like the grown-up version of Limited Too and the watered-down version of Urban Outfitters. They usually blast mainstream music in the store and attract teens who can't afford Abercrombie or Urban Outfitters.
Aly- Isn't this the CUTEST dress?
Amy- Ew. Who would wear a gold metallic dress that sticks to your butt? Where did you get that?
Aly- Forever 21

Similar to a catch 22. It is used for the rare occasion when you run into a catch 22, because you in fact are not 21.
Friend: Why didn't you come to Vegas with us?
Me: Well, I have my court date for underaged drinking and I'm not 21 so I wouldn't be able to do anything in Vegas.
Friend: Man that is a catch 22
Me: More like a catch 21!

The ultimate problem in any shopping outing. Do you go to Forever 21 first and end up wearing "cheap goggles" the whole trip, or do you risk buying a dress at retail cost only to find it at Forever 21 for 10x less at the end of your trip?

The social indoctrination to the bar scene that occurs on or immediately after one's twenty-first birthday. Typically, the guest of honor on a "21 run" is forced to consume copious amounts of alcohol in a short amount of time. This often results in illness, and, in extreme cases, loss of consciousness. The prototypical "21 run" occurs from 12:01 AM until 2:00 AM on the participant's birthday, this time being the first at which said individual is legally eligible to consume alcohol.
A man's friends who are already twenty-one pick him up and take him to the bars one minute after he turns 21, at 12:01 AM on a "21 run"

When someone is being a cunt you can tell them 6-21. This is only to be used in a public setting where you can’t directly curse them out, and it stands for F-U, or (fuck you).

Thinking that if you report a made up crime and get a reference number to your report is any indication that the police actually agree with you what you reported is an actual crime and that you have the right to act as a police officer to shut down establishments you don't like.
I went to the local clinic and tried to shut them down yelling 6029679/21, but police arrived and drove me home to my parents and now I'm grounded for five days.
