FUPA = "Fatty Upper Pubic Area"

It's when a person's body stores excess fat on the space of fat above their pubic area, appearing to be another developed fat roll on their body. Contrary to popular belief, the P doesn't stand for Pussy, it stands for Pubic, as it can appear in either sex equally. Everybody has a mons pubis, but only those who are severely overweight will develop a FUPA.
