A person on Roblox who typically sets their height to max and set their skin color to be African-American. They wear terribly cropped images of their favorite clothes and/or tattoos, and usually drives a Hellcat, Maybach, and/or ruined trucks. Most if not all rogangsters are rich white people under the age of 18 and speak in abbreviations such as "gng u nt fny" or "icl u pmo". If you see one in a car game 9/10 their plate will be "QUIET", "WILLRUN", or "GAPPED".

Rogans are usually attractive and funny, which will catch your eye immediately. You will talk to Rogan somewhere and instantly fall in love, which will make you think about him all the time. He will charm you so much, but have awful communication skills, so much so it will probably end whatever you have. He will charm you with his words, and make you want him back every day, even though he has moved on. You will likely NEVER forget Rogan, no matter how hard you try, he will be stuck in your memories forever.

Rogan

When someone in a group of friends. suddenly starts talking about bizarre conspiracies dominating the conversation.

Often using made up statistics , and using the word sheeple to describe anyone with an opposite hire.

OMG, that was intense , Dave went full Rogan. As a woman I can cope with Mansplaining , but when they go Rogan you cannot argue with them.
