A Sexual fanity is a sexual fantasy of someone you are a fan of.
You might imagin your self pleasing sexually the person who you admire the most.

Perhaps you are a big fan of Taylor Swift and would do anything to please her. So sexual pleasure is what you might desire the most.
Fantasizing how when and where that would take place with the one you are a great fan of is a "Sexual Fanity"

The venue was full of teenage girls screaming at the Beatles. No one could hear the music they were all busy having a sexual fanity.

Filthy Fanta

To pull the Filthy Fanta on someone is to take a shaken Fanta bottle, untwisting it and promptly inserting into the victim’s anus. If successful, the carbonated beverage will mix with the victim’s focal matter and proceed to spew out aggressively onto the floor.
