Getting blue balls is so popular that Sega decided to include it as a hidden bonus in Sonic & Knuckles. Connecting that game to the original Sonic the Hedgehog grants access to a mini game with 134,217,728 randomly generated levels (constructed from predefined chunks of level), allowing a player to endlessly get blue balls.
