Spare Tire

When one person (said person can be single/taken/etc) hangs out with multiple couples at once, and can no longer be referred to as a “Third Wheel.” A “Third Wheel” usually applies to one person and ONE couple.

Person 1: “Yea man, I was at the movies with Shaun, Nick, and their girlfriends, it was pretty fun!”
Person 2: “You had fun? You weren’t even a “Third Wheel,” you hung out with two couples, that makes you a “Spare Tire.”

Person 3: “Hey!…Don’t worry man, you’ll find someone soon enough!”

tire kicker

A person in the dating world that is too indecisive to make a commitment. They want to try you out, for a little too long, before making a commitment. Dating a tire kicker is a waste of time.

So I dated a guy for eight months before he said he wasn't ready for a relationship! Um, it sorta feels like we're in a relationships. Apparently, he just wanted to kill eight months with me before moving on to the next one. It was a waste of time.. What a tire kicker!

Often used after hearing someone waffle, say or ask something trivial.
Also used when someone says something stupid in front of you that is obviously offensive and will anger you/ third party. Essentially a threat.

TriviaPerson: says something trivial and hardly worth the breath.
Direct, collected and deep Person: "are you tired of living? Son?"
