A word used to describe a female canine or a female (with some exceptions) human. Female humans who are called by this name generally are being nasty, bullying twits that think they are cute but really just repulse everyone around them. They are found everywhere throughout society and sadly there is no where to run because they always seem to be where you want them the least.

Fran: OMG! Did you see that sheila across the street?
Erin: Yeah, she had a look on her face like a real tart!
Fran: Well she certainly does look like a bitch!
