Metal music that is not true metal but instead music for teens. Bands like deftones for an example are teen-metal as opposed to true metal like Slayer.

"Well I listened to the song friend, at first I like instrumental but then the lyrics come on and I am like bro. Wtf is with this teen-metal, you need to grow over your teen-metal phrase friend. Listen to real metal music like Metallica or Winger and not those poser bands."
