The afflicted are usually highly intelligent, highly educated, but grossly lacking in the wisdom department. Symptoms include arguing a case based on feelings instead of reality, facts and results. Victims are often cursed with losing an argument, running away from said argument, only to re-emerge and relapse right back to arguing the same losing points, just a few weeks or even days later.
