Gas Queen or Gas Queens someone who drives the streets where prostitutes can be found not really wanting to buy.

As a sex worker is standing in the streets working. There are men that will drive around the block slowing down to look at the sex workers. Not wanting to buy anything. And confusing the sex workers into thinking that they are going to buy and causing the sex workers to rush over to jump into a car that will not stop. Basicly they are wasting their gas hence the name Gas Queens.
