This word originated from two Russian words, and is used as a slang term in Armenian. It literally means "without class" (un-classy?). In Armenian, anmakardak.
Note they usually wear either a matching sport suit, or an all black suit with a HUGE cross and of course ELF SHOES (cicaks).

A person who acts like they are from Chi-town but are residents of another state.

A "go get-em" type of person, this person has an highly investigative mind and learns things that most people would never find out in their lives.

An ambivert, this person reveals their true nature when with close friends. This person is very hyper, and it is hard to get them to calm down.
