An term often used by inferior game players to make themselves feel better in comparison to those with actual skill. Supposed to describe someone putting in so much effort as to make themselves sweat, however it is often used derogatively against anyone that plays to win at all.

In a shooter
Player 1 (who's on top of the scoreboard): Hey, can you guys actually attack the objective instead of just camping at spawn? We're going to lose.

Player 2 (who has 4 kills/12 deaths over the course of 10 minutes): Cry more you sweaty bitch.

In a fighting game
Player 1: Ugh you're so fucking sweaty you fucking combo spammer!

Player 2: Sorry for actually knowing how to play the game I guess.
