A quote from Noah Centineo at the People’s Choice Awards 2019. No one quite understands what he meant, and it has become a joke.
“It matters not, what you've done, but what you do with what you've done... for others“-Noah Centineo 2019

To be honest this quote make absolutely no sense by go off. Noah scentedmayo said this at an award show.
Me: “That girl was rude, I’m going to go kick her.”
My Friend: “it matters not what you’ve done but what you do with what you’ve done for others” , follow the quote or else karma will get ur ass

It is shorthand for 'I may not be perfect, but I'll be making no efforts to improve, so be warned', in the same way that people used to say 'take me as you find me'
Guy 1: Dude, I fucked that chick that I met off of Facebook last night after seeing her hot pics.
Guy 2: Were her tits as big in person?
Guy 1: Hell yeah. What you see is what you get.

A response to the question, "what do you mean," when unsure of the answer to the original question "what do u mean" answering the question with the answer.
After being confused, Brad asks Kristina, "what do you mean?"
Kristina than replies, "what do you mean, what do I mean?"
He then looks at her with utter disappointment because he does not know what she means.

And that is another example of them using "me calling into question whether or not something was the case" and attributing it to me as a claim I made or what actually happened. This time it's bringing up the 30 rock episode I myself invoked and then saying "Yeah, actually, that's what actually happened. It was the thing you said." These people are not serious actors and want nothing more than to take things away from people. Their position on the matter at hand is ALWAYS contingent on something I've said previously. They agree on it beforehand. And coming from a political party that is little more than chanting slogans and screeching in the streets, they are doing a lot to mask how shrill they are actually being. And that's all this is. Upity liberals whose entire personality is sarcasm, being shrill because they want people to get away with stealing from or harming me. Because instead of stopping school shootings like me... They were doing THIS to me. They waited YEARS for it. You are not the consequences of my actions. You are trying to provoke and action out of me and I'd you want it to be anything other than child murder you are going to be sorely disappointed. And if not...
Hym "Not what I said or what happened. This nothing more using what I said to craft a narrative for the sole purpose making me fail. These people need to be dismissed. They aren't taking any of this seriously and yet, for some reason, expect me to do what they will not. They do not think they personally will be negatively affected by what they are doing to me here and if it's YOU and not me they are going to have nothing for your other than Sam Sedar's rehearsed 'I'm sorry I didn't know.' But he DID know. They all knew because I told them. They did as much as possible to obfuscate what is actually the case and who I actually am and they want to be rewarded for doing that. Why waste time sifting through what are clearly not-so-carefully constructed that all involve using my own words against me? Why even indulge them? And are you going to indulge them when they do it to you?"

A play on words. Originally "or what" is an addition to a question requiring a more definite response for example, "Let's go eat, or what?". Yet now we ask simply "what" and then add "or what". Usually it is used to ask the simple question "what" however this new addition, "or what", creates a weird order of words eventually provoking the responder to become confused.
Jorge: Hey man let's go pound, or what?
Andres: Yea bro i am so down to do that right now.
Jorge: Are you paying?
Andres: What or what?
Jorge: Uh, what?
Andres:What or what?
