To be really drunk, yet not sloppy. Where you are drunk and fun to be around still. Usually used in the phrase "getting weird".

"Dude, I got so weird last night"

"Have you seen Michael?" - Marc
"Yeah, he's pretty weird though" -Kris

"That doesn't sound appropriate" -Mom

The term used to describe people as different or strange(in a good way). Some people use the term as an offensive way of classifying a person for doing something that makes them unique, whilst other people use this term to describe objects as peculiar or odd.
