An assistant lifted up the robe, and when the pope penis tester saw the balls, he would proclaim in Latin "They are there" and the pope candidate was allowed to become pope

It's an old expression actually originating from a peg, with the Rooter being the snout, and the Tooter being the tail. So basically it means the whole hog from snout to tail. But has come to mean from head to toe.

For ESL people who lives in Brasil we like to use the word Top to adjectivate something or someone which is the best of something Like examples below:
1.This restaurant is top

2.My girlfriend is top

However Topster came with a mix of comparative and superlative of this by Brazilians English Speakers adjective kind of word,like examples below:
1.This restaurant is the topster

2.My girlfrind is the topster

1.Dude,of course I want to bang that girl but she told me she will only go out for dinner with me if I take her to the topster restaurant in town and I am flat broken.
2.My father promised me that if I get into college he will give me the topster BMW 's model .
