"Sesh" short for session, can be used to describe any period of time. Commonly used to describe the gathering of fiends or friends to consume recreational drugs such as Marijuana or Nicotine.

Also used to describe a device used to consume recreational drugs, such as a Juul or Wax.

Sesh Snake

A so called “friend” who says that they cannot come out and “sesh”, yet proceeds to go out anyway, (most likely with a different group of friends). This behaviour is “snakey” and therefore the perpetrator is known as a “sesh snake”.
