A very VERY serious medical condition that causes those unfortunate enough to be carriers great social and moral issues. HPP is a hormone unbalance that results in a great over abundance of Sexual-YernYern Hormones that cause those who are inflicted very sudden and severe "episodes" in which the patient will act out in some uncontrollable sexual way (rape, molestation, groping).
