Slang for “Magnolia” , a Hispanic neighborhood in Houston Texas that is on the south east part of town and has it’s name for it’s reasons ! Don’t go to magnolia unless your looking for trouble especially around 79th or DZP ( De Zavala Park) and the neighborhood also has Houston’s “Mexican park” aka Hidalgo Park
