A state where an introvert has socialized too much and needs to take a break and take some time to themselves because they feel exhausted and overwhelmed.

Lenny: Hey man, you haven't texted me back since Friday, what happened?
Karl: Sorry but, I had the worst introvert hangover after that night out.
