New Jersey term used by down the shore kids when one identifies one that is not liked. Most commonly used for bennies (tourist from northern new jersey or new york), or guidos or guidettes.

As kids we had a word for really tiny or miniature things. We called them gobba. (Pronounced gah-buh).

Then, if it was just too damn cute and darling, we'd call it gobba kitty.
