When somebody does something to ruin the moment or a plan
Not meant to be interpreted to inflict a fight, used on a friend to friend level.
When you call someone that it’s usually the last word !!

Your friend calls you to cancel plans made weeks ago to go to a sold out concert at the last minute because it’s his wedding anniversary day !!!!!!
