When one can’t dock a bikeshare bike because all the spaces are full in the station where you want to stop. When a bikeshare biker takes the last dock in a station preventing you from docking.

I was on time for work until some asshole dock blocked me and had bike three blocks to the next station.

ie: dude! the sets were coming in perfect about 1/4 mile offshore, and those eastside punks were way too close to my set - i docked a sub, caught that wave, and then sanchezzed them with it.

Dock Chip

The tastiest, cheesiest, most topping-laden nacho in the pile eaten first by the jerk who did not take the time to make said nachos. Usually more than one chip make up the "Dock Chip" and is held together by most of the cheese on the plate.

Ben: "Wow, look at this jawsome plate of nachos I've pain-stakingly taken the time to make for myself and my buddies!"
