Came about originally as a horrible misspelling of decorated and was from then on used to mock and taunt ones enemies, particularly female gamers.

Doncaster Rovers

Doncaster Rovers are a football team based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. They have an extremely unlucky history. They currently play in the third tier of the EFL (League One) under Scottish manager Grant McCann. The Doctah

The Doctah is a tv term related to Scifi Brit series, Doctor Who. Whooligans use this word because the pronounciation of "the Doctor" especially by the Tenth and the Eleventh became "scottish", so to joke on it they say Doctah.

Oh, for Gallifrey's sake, this fish fingers and custard were cooked by Jenna like the Doctah had done on tv!
