Coming out of San Francisco's Hunter's point, bayview district, the RBL Posse original duo is made up of Mr.Cee(R.I.P), Black C, and followed up by Hitman(R.I.P), who latered joined the group. Inspired other rap groups from the bayview like the cold world hustlers, and 11/5.

A group of people, usually women, who get drunk on red wine as a group. The Purpletooth Posse forms at nearly any social occasion where wine is served. Especially popular are "Girls dinners" and "Book Clubs". Can be recognised by glowing purple teeth fluttering eyes and slurred speech.
I got home last night and the purpletooth posse was in full effect. I think each of them drank two bottles and not one was making any sense. I just went out to the garage and ignored them.

This group was founded through the friendship of five individuals who lived in the village of Waynesburg, Ohio. Since its inception in the summer of 1990, the group has grown to an undisclosed number. There are only two requirements to join this exclusive club:
1. One must have lived in Waynesburg, Ohio, or had a Waynesburg address at some point in time.
2. One must be admitted by one of the founding five members.
