Those stupid looking pants that are so big that they cover your shoes, they usually sell for 50 bucks and are made my cheap brands, not to mention their durability is crappy.

"Clearing the block" of competition, making it yours (usually meaning who runs the block in all senses.) Referencing the "Streetsweeper" gun as having unstoppable force and a bunch of fellow goons. Speaking of guns, it's like the Thompson from old gangster flicks. A lotto rappers will brag of being a street-sweeper or having the ability to "sweep the street".

I'm gonna sweep the street...got the street sweeper...I'm a streetsweeper...

(have heard it in financial circles in reference to the "competition," but it has been popularized by hip hop culture and popularization of "the street life". It definitely happens author has never seen it...)
