Italian for "I don't give a damn".

Usually an euphemism of "Me ne fotto".

Girl: Lui è proprio bello! (He's so handsome!)
Guy: Me ne sbatto, io lo odio. (I don't give a damn, I hate him.)

that's an italian way to call someone which is really high, and for this reason he's Out-of-order like a videogame broken. It's a slang which has been extended to all kind of drugs.

quello li è sballato perso (that guy is out of order)
non parlare con lui è sballato perso, non ti capisce (don't speak with him, he's out of order, he cannot understand U)
