a way to describe a person who often wakes up with out of control hair; a way to describe a person who resembles a 'mad scientist' figure.

Commonly used in South East England to describe a female who has once travelled in a helicopter, or has said crazy hair in the mornings.

Often misconceived as another word for mosskat or mosstrooper
