When an normal-but-embarrassing offensive-noise/odor-producing event of the digestive/respiratory system (burp, cough, sneeze, etc.) "doesn't end well", producing messy/mortifying "secondary" results.

catastrophic malfunction

In the gun world a catastrophic malfunction is characterized as a gun malfunction where it's destroyed/severely damaged usually from it exploding. Malfunctions like these easily can cause injury or even death to the user.

A catastrophic malfunction is not good considering a bunch of metal can be flying in your face.

Bavarian Malfunction

A core exercise that was created by Nick Long of NTHXC. The exercise works the muscles of the back. It is done by laying on one's stomach then raising his/her legs, chest, arms, and head off of the ground so that just the stomach is touching. The exercise is commonly incorrectly identified as "supermans."

Man, I'm pooped. Those supermans really worked my back.

PMS (Penis Malfunction Syndrome)

Male version of (PMS). Very common in men who act like little bitches. Symptoms include excessive nagging (any nagging at all for a man is excessive), inability to take a joke, and hopelessness in regards to having any sense of manhood.

Person 1: He literally sat there and bitched for 30 minutes about how he hates his relationship and wants out.

Person 2: So did he end up breaking things off with her?

Person 1: Hell no they're both crazy and will always be together he just had PMS (Penis Malfunction Syndrome)
