Lyric tennis

A game typically played via text or instant messenger. One person messages a sentence from the lyrics to a song, then the other person messages back the following sentence, and so on and so forth until the end of the song.
Because of the element of to-and-fro it is effectively like a game of tennis.
A favourite pastime of my friend Mark and I is playing lyric tennis.

Lyric fail

When you mishear the lyrics to a song, and make the lyrics sound dumber then they actually are.
Queen's somebody to love on the radio: Each morning I get up and die a little
Guy 1: dude did that just say it's more then I get for butt dialing
Guy 2: No. That was a pretty big lyric fail
