dickying around

similar to 'stuffing around', to mean an action which is done to stall, confuse, and does not achieve real progress. It has the effect of hampering the progress of others too.

we were late because he was dickying around at home doing God knows what.

Adjective - the act of dicking around, messing around, doing something one is not supposed to be doing, ignoring the task at hand.

You and your friend are playing ping pong and your friend keep smashing the ball off the table just to tick you off. You say, "I've about had it with your dickingaroundedness."
