To be 'Bricked Up' is to be READY to go somewhere or do an activity.

>British Regional Slang.

Heart Bricked Up 

Often shortened to HBU, it's when you get an emotionally aroused, rather than sexually. Think about the opposite of an
"ick".

Janie: Awwww, you know how much I like children.
