A birthday wedgie is a messy wedgie with cake and/or ice cream.
How to:
1) first capture your victim
2) (this needs many people) get them on their stomach and have people sit on their hands and feet so they cannot move.
3) get them into only their tighty whities/underwear
4) stuff cake or ice cream into their underwear
5) wedgie them to your liking, just make sure their buttcheecks are together and exposed.
6)stick a candle between their buttcheecks
7) enjoy!
(you can skip the candle and holding down part, and just give them the messy wedgie part as you only need one person)

my bros and I love to give wedgies. when we leaned it was the nerds birthday we captured him in the locker room and stripped him down to his tighty whities and got him laying on his stomach with us sitting on his hands and feet. then jack, kinda the leader of our group got cupcakes from the cafeteria and stuffed it in his tighty whities and wedgied him. he then stuck and candle between his buttcheeks. it was so funny watching him try to squrm away. he then got a birthday hat filled with frosting and put it on the nerds head. we all laghed when we saw the frosting leach out of his hat on on to his face. but then I leaned that it wasnt only frosting, it was made with salt not sugar! the nerd tryed to lick it and then he went green in disgust. I said that if he didn't eat it, we would spank him. he then started to try and eat it but he couldn't because it was so gross. so jack sat on the arm that I was on, and I started to spank him after removing the candle, after that I put it back in and I took pictures. we then gave him and birthday swirlie (look that up on urban dictionary) and atomic wedgied him. he was crying at this point so we threw him into the hallway, blinded by the wedgie and left from a back door so no one would suspect us giving him the birthday wedgie
