Everyone in Veltem-Beisem is very happy and caring of everyone. There are no homeless people and everyone has at least a net worth of 5 Million Euros. When you're broke, you cannot enter Veltem-Beisem and you will be shot immediately. Or, if you would like, you will be executed at the Vitalac plaza while everyone watches with their ChocoVit in their hands.
