To shmugi mugi is to heavily flirt with several people simultaneously to the point where these people are in love with the "shmugi muger." The shmugi muger will pretend to be oblivious about this until they are called out for shmugi mugiying by their friends. They will claim that they are just being friendly, but nah, that's not what's happening. They want to get it innnnnnnn.
