Get the dude-sleepmug. A sleeping pill is Amitriptyline 50mg taken an hour before bed. It helps you sleep and you will even sleep in the middle of the next day for even more hours. It wears off around the third day. It's stronger than Melatonin and stronger and safer safer than Benadryl, Zzzquil, and Ambien. Only Melatonin is safer but Melatonin doesn't always work. The opposite of a sleeping pill would be a wakefulness pills like Modafinil, Armodafinil, Hydrafinil, Flodafinil (Flmodafinil), Modafiendz (N-Methyl-Flodafinil, N-Methyl-Flmodafinil), N-Methyl-Modafinil, Blue N-Methyl-Modafinil, and Eugeroic king NZT.
I took 50mg of Amitriptyline and an hour later, I was asleep all night. The next day, I slept a few more hours. I was d fully alert the third day. Best sleep ever! Thanks sleeping pill!
