Get the A Blue Petermug. A sleeping peter is someone who, when given the opportunity to have fun, does not. Even when in the most rare and possibly fun situations, they don't participate. A sleeping peter will choose to stay away from the excitement no matter what. Often times they like to stay at home and do nothing. Sometimes you'll find them out at movies alone on a Friday night, or getting ice cream by themselves.
Aschley was such a sleeping peter for the bachelor's party last night, let's never invite him anywhere again.
