A penny press is someone who always has to chime in and say some half-fact nonsense. They try to act smart and seem like they know stuff but, the “stuff” is worthless like a penny. Think of one of those penny machines where you put two in and one squashed penny comes out.

A penny (an extreme thot) is a person who is passed are around and dirty and no one values them. In comparison to an actual penny the least valuable coin and which is always traveling through peoples hands so pennies are often filthy, and no one cares to gain or lose one.
