Slumlord City

A term to describe Los Angeles because It’s an overpriced city filled with landlords who price gouge their rent and don’t bother to have the place remodeled unless if they can charge more for it. You won’t be able to find a studio in LA that’s clean and well kept unless if it’s newly remodeled. Almost every building is old and has tons of pests and roaches in them. You’re basically paying high cost living for slummy living.

“Hey boo. I just got back from Los Angeles after being there for a month.”

“Ew. You mean slumlord city?”

“Why are you calling it that?”

“Because, you can’t get a nice place without roaches or a psycho landlord unless if you make a lot of money already. Those slum lords leach off of their tenants and don’t even bother to fix up the place. When I lived there, everyone there pretty much calls it slumlord city. Many people are moving out of LA because buildings are dominated by them.”

Marine City

Quaint little town off of the Straights of Ste. Clair. As many bars as there are churches. Best High School football team in the state! Great place to float down the river and enjoy a good buzz...
