A person who has become a complete and utter follower of another group or person. He/she will act on their whim without any thought about how stupid he/she will look or the consequences of said actions. They are usually regarded with a mixture of contempt and amusement by those whom they "serve"

A complete immature idiot that likes porn WAY too much, and is constantly laugingh at things that are not funny; someone who listens to a large variety of shitty music for the exception of three or four songs that the individual steals from other people; likes to watch corny-ass movies like American Beauty and Moulin Rouge even though the individual is a male; a person that likes to ranomly show his lower pubic hair to people in his dorm and laughs about it; there are some people that say some random things at random times, but a Cal Butler is a person that every word that comes out of their mouth is random, and/or disgusting; and lastly, an individual that likes to deny everything possible that he has done or said.

That kid over there is such a Cal Butler.
