Blowing a stop sign

When during heavy petting and foreplay between a man and a woman, when the man's hand goes up her thigh to her crotch region, she gently puts her hand against her thigh to gently block his hand. That little gesture by the woman is her "stop sign" meaning "Stop". A good guy will take the hint and stop.

Brian was a good date, he did not end up blowing a stop sign.

Stooper

The state of mind after a night of drinking, being severely hungover, not understanding the world, asking yourself the question "what is life?". Can also happen after doing drugs. Can lead to severe facebook stalking/commenting, and writing embarrassing things on the internet. Stooper is much like being in a cloud. It is a state of mind.

I am in such stooper right now after doing all of those keg stands last night, I can't even remember my dog's name.

The act of being stupid. Usually directed towards a member of the opposite sex who is operating a motorized vehicle or grocery cart recklessly. This adjective is pronounced phonetically emphasizing the ‘oo’ sound. The more the emphasis, the more dramatic the statement. Stoopa can also be used for both present and past tense.

Hi stoopa!
It was stoopa.
He is stoopa.
Brothers are stoopa.
