When a person in a reclined position, farts in such a way as to roll up the front, and gas themself in the face. Particaraly experienced by women who have no natural barrier, i.e. Balls.

1) When a person (or a hooker) is disposed of by being pushed out of the open door of a moving vehicle.

2) When a person (or a hooker) deliberately hurls themselves out of the open door of a moving vehicle and rolls away to safety.

Example 1 - "Shut yer mouth, ya crazy bitch! I'm not payin' ya to talk. Just remember, yer but one hooker roll away from joinin' the rest of the roadkill out there so shut yer wordhole, ya hear?!"

Example 2 - "After my hands were finally free, I slapped the gun from his grip, opened the door and flung myself from the van. This wasn't the first time I had to hooker roll away from a priest"
